We've lived here since July, 1997. This apartment complex is just like any typical complex, city, village or town anywhere. A majority of our experience here have been good. We have met a few good neighbors here, and we were happy to see a few leave. We are close to shopping, medical and dentist, and the beaches. There are times when it is noisy (mostly kids in the summer), but what complex in a city or village isn't noisy at times. The building we live in is quiet. Parking is a problem at times, but when this complex was built most families had only one car.

Overall, we do like it here.
