I moved to the suburbs of Marshfield from the borough of Queens. I saw more police action in this complex in two years than I did in ten in New York. I was told by the leasing agent that tenancy was comprised primarily of professionals. As in professional drug dealers' professional immigrants who trade apartments in the middle of the night' or professional wife beaters' The apartment above us specialized in the latter category - I think there were three in the course of two years that ultimately moved in and out, but certainly management didn't seem concerned - they just kept finding the next ones.
