"The Projects" of Marshfield more accurately decribes this dump. Living here for a little over a year has been horrible. There are tons of kids running around in the parking lots and drive ways with no adults anywhere to be found. The worst is that people are not wise to kids playing and race out of the complex as if it were their own race track. If you enjoy living in close proximity to drunks, illegals, drug dealers and sex offenders then this is the place for you. The majority of the balconies are trashed or cover in trash; otherwise people use them as extra storage because there is no extra storage in the apartment. The management is a joke! They are not responsible for anything-not the neighbors, not the breaking of the rules (ie no dogs), not the drug deals or fights, not the noise....nothing! All they care about is getting their money. People here are dirty, rude and ignorant. If you move in here you will see a lot of police and often. A single trailer in the worst trailer park would be better than this nighmare. Someone should come in and shut this place down.
