Changed and not for the better

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006
 
Lived there for several years, and have watched it get better for a while and really go down hill over the last couple of years.

The office staff has lost the customer service skills that were once there.

They do need to move faster to get rid of the problem residents, it seems they have moved into taking only section 8 housing.
