I didn't have a good feeling about this place the day I moved in. I've been living here for 17 months and I'm glad to be saying good bye, sorry that I had to stay here this long. Well, the place is a dump, maintance can't fix anything right and usually has to do it more than once. It seems to take them days to clean up after a snow storm, 3 days after it snows they're still or finally plowing. Salting or sanding, they either don't or I have actually seen them throw massive amounts of salt down on top of piles of snow instead of plowing or shovling. They want to charge you fees for everything. They really don't care what kind of people live here. I have actually seen a drug deal go down in the laundry room. You may be lucky like myself and find a few decent neighbors. Managment is horrible, one girl is dumb as a door nail and she'll tell you the most idoitic things, a 5 year old has more common sense then her. The others are rude and only care about themselves. The lease seems to protect nobody but themselves. I'm moving out 6 weeks early beacuse a family member is dying and we are moving out of state to be with them and the managemet wants to charge me $2230 for leaving 6 weeks early. HELLO! 6 weeks not 6 months!! No compassion. beware and stay away.
