My boyfriend and I moved here last fall. Big mistake.
We moved in and right away we started having problems with our upstairs neighbors ( loud banging, partying, late night sex that would WAKE ME UP) we complained to management and called the cops numerous times. Finally, we had it. In the pledge it says if you arent happy you can transfer to a different apt or cancel your lease without any fees. Well, Alecia (Prop. manager) wanted to charge me $500 for transferring! After a bunch of phone calls, the fee was waived. They told me the new apt would be exactly the same and the same price. WRONG. It was flipped around and cost almost $100 more than the 1st. Long story short, we moved in. And then the septic problems started. I have had outside sewage back up in my bath tub FIVE TIMES since i moved in to this apt. It is disgusting and no matter how many times i call, they call roto rooter for a quick fix...but obviously the problem is worse than what they think. The management is a joke although Alecia isnt bad. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend living here. Like the person posted before me...they dont care who lives here. There are too many scummy people and drug dealers.Between the drug dealers, parties, smoking, sucky management...this place is not a good place to live. I CANT WAIT til my lease is up this fall so I can get the hell out of here. Im am ready to call a building inspector and the board of health on this place. I completely regret moving here.
