i live at the village at marshfield and i have to say this place is just gross!the front of my building must have at least 500 cigarette butts (no exaggeration)and after we called the main office about how ------ it looks, they told us that they expect the people who left them to pick them up. hahaha i thought i was going to die from laughing so hard. it funny to me because i have a dog here and if i miss picking up a nugget of poop when taking him out, i will ge 4 complaints from the main office. when we moved in about a year ago the people who lived above us were so loud i had to put dum-dum on my cieling light because it rattled so loud that it drove me crazy!! its funny because thier was a family of eight living above us in a 2 bedroom apt. 8 people in a 2 bedroom!!! after they moved out we actually got lucky and a very quiet man and son moved in.(thank god) thier are some decent people who live here but the trashy section 8 and druggy people outweigh them all day long. kids are everywhere, in the middle of the sreet and not the playgrounds where they should be! it not uncommon to see some of the ghetto women drinking beers while watching their kids on the playground. parking sucks! there arent enough spaces if front of the buildings, between the crackhead whos motorcycle takes up a spot all winter to the handicap spots, these buildings are not handicap accessable! i just dont get it!! on two different occasions we found cockroaches in our apt. the main office followed through, got and exterminator, they came back and then when we called again 2 weeks later with more, the bich gave us an attitude like we were -------s for complaining. we were told that the cockroaches were from us, haha, not the tribe of brazillians living in the back of the building! too funny, it did mark the first time i had ever seen a cockroach. i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless you are section 8 or just looking to live cheap who isnt bothered by kids and women who spend thier day looking out their window worried about what you are doing and not thier own lives. but you never know you might get lucky and meet some nice people. less than a month left on the lease, cant wait to leave!!! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

lol i live in this building.. and its all true.. I recently had a bunch of girls over and they came in the front doors and they all said how disgusting the cigg butts were. I was mortified. And pretty much everything is true except the tribe of brazilians.. There is one brazilian in the building. But yes this place is DISGUSTING
