Nasty place to live

I have lived here for 7 yrs now. The rent goes up every year.. Now this yr the rent didnt go up amazingly but now they're gonna start charging everyone a 10.00 monthly fee for the dumpsters. ARE YOU KIDDING ME'' Never gonna pay that.. This place is dirty. ie... One of the neighbors found a needle.. yes a seringe... Disgusting. NOt the first time either. The front of my building is disgusting. There must be 5000 ciggarette butts on the ground. For sure this is the grossest place everrrr..
