I have been a resident at The Village at Marshfield. At first it didn't seem so bad. Then my neighbors across the hall as well as the neighbors directly downstairs from them, which some of the kids where using him to get what they wanted out of him, because this man was mental handicapped and wanted friends. thought it would be fun to party till 2am to 3 am. I was not happy about being woken up at all. I went over and asked them to stop they did. Two days after that they start again. I am banging on the door and they are ignoring me calling names. Well I finally have enough. I wind up calling the police. They come out. They come over to my door and ask me why did I call the cops. I stare at them and go oh boy. I was like its 2/3am in the morning. I banged on your door and no answered by the third time. I also heard your brothers comment. Then I went on and complained to the office. Talk about wasting my time. I had all times and dates they were load and what day on what and who came in and who may be supplying alcohol or other things. the office did nothing. All they car about as long as they get paid and just sit there and listen and think you being heard about the complaint they don't care.

On the second part of it. My husband lost his job, my sister who moved in with us bailed out and basically refused to pay any of her part of the bills as far as she is concerned its our problem and not hers. She is on the lease. She is partial responsible.
