After 6 months at wellington place, I am glad I decided to move here. There are NP section 8 tenants, this is an upscale housing unit. They do income varification before they let you in. The location is probably the closest you can get to downtown boston with a washer and dryer in unit for this price ( I looked for a while) and on the subway.
The management is fine, they have responded to all our issues.
True it is expensive, but hey its boston everything is expensive. ANd if you want cheaper, you are going to get low-income people.
Overall I would highly reccomend this place. And no I am not part of the mangement.
