grt place with lousy management

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
i stayed at this place for one year.
the apart is grt with nice rooms, and grt interiors. the place also has an adequate gym amd pool.
however the management is very very lousy.
the manager is v rude and needs to take lessons in customer management.
