My Husband and I had to move long distance last year and we had to make the move in a hurry. We could only conduct the business of the move online and by phone and Wellington Place fit the bill perfectly. Brian and Kathy, the leasing agents then, were more than happy to help us, sent us pictures of the apartment, sent us helpful information about the area, even stayed later the night we moved and helped us find our way when we got lost.

It's hard to believe that move took place almost a year ago. I haven't ever regretted moving here. There is a washer/dryer in each unit, friendly and prompt office and maintenance personnel(I asked the office about 2 weeks ago if I could get my carpets cleaned...the carpets were cleaned today and look SPECTACULAR...cost to me' NADA), safe surroundings, secure entry, free parking, someone to sign for your packages when you are not home (you even get a nice little slip in the mailbox when you have a package waiting) and the best part, it was warm and inviting from day one. A nice plus is year round landscaping and snow removal...they even put down the salt on the sidewalks so you don't slip...when it snows, the guys are out there plowing and when we wake up, the parking lot is easy to navigate. That says a lot, when the property management takes care of every last detail.
