GO ELSEWHERE Aside from the mice, the actual apartments aren't terrible. The surrounding area and security is awful. It constantly smells in the halls/elevators. If I had known all of this prior I would never have moved here

good location good price Looked at this apartment because it is close to my school (tufts), yes the reviews are right the hallways are dark, and some dont smell that great because of what people are cooking, but my apartment in itself is great, new kitchen and bathroom nice

Mickey will rent free with you... Yes, the mouse thing is a real problem here. I have just moved a month back and it has been sleepless nights since I discovered that couple of mouses visit my bedroom everyday. My guess is that they come through the bathroom vent. I can hear them fighting in

The community is okay, especially since we got such a great move in special. Hallways do smell sometimes, but it's an apartment building, so we just expect that. Maintenance gets stuff done even on weekends and holidays, the office is great, open 7 days a week. Not so

the apart is grt with nice rooms, and grt interiors. the place also has an adequate gym amd pool.
however the management is very very lousy.

Great Apartment Great apartment in Medford, clean, new appliances. Rental staff are good and prompt. The only negative thing is that it is REALLY close to the orange line and it can be loud...but you get used to it after a while!

This really is a great place to live!! I have lived in Mystic Place for over two years. I have NEVER had any problems with maintenance (they are quick and very efficient), never had problems with rodents or insects. The office staff is great. The security guards are efficient, thoughtful

good location-convenient This place was very convenient to Boston and route 93 ( I worked in Burlington and my roommate in Concord). The apartments were nice and the community pretty diverse...great socially but not great smells from weird cooking.

The worst place I have ever lived I don't know how people can say this place is great. This was the worst place I have ever lived, and I should know I lived there for ten years. The management was horrible, the security gaurds were immature and It was an all around bad place. And I hope this
