I have been living here for a couple of years now and I have to say there are ups and down the place. The mgt is pretty good. Some people have trouble for whatever reason but all in all they are very nice and try to get to everything they can within a reasonable time.
The walls and ceilings are VERY thin so if you don't like the noise live on the third floor or look for someplace else since you can hear someone walking across their living room. Most of the tenants are great, very friendly.
The major hassle is the parking situation. There is NO visitor parking in the winter months and they will tow your or your friends car! It's very convenient to the T so that's a plus.
I would say for what you pay, as long as you don't mind the noise and parking it's a pretty good deal.
