My sister and I both live here at Towne Estates in our own 1 bedroom apartments. The location from the T is convenient (10 min walk)and there is even bus service available right outside. The staff is excellent and very on top of things. When you need something fixed, they have it fixed within the next day if not same day. Apartment is very clean and quiet and secure. They hired a cleaning service, replaced my carpet and painted the walls before I moved in! The one bedrooms are very spacious for the money you spend. Heat and hot water is included in price so its very convenient. Parking is great, only problem is that you can only have 1 space per apartment and when there is snow fall, no guest parking or cars will be towed. From Novemebr - March there is no guest parking if there is even the chance of snow. The reason is because they plow the snow into guest parking. Grounds are imacculate and really have great curb appeal. Also grounds crew is very efficient at cleaning off sidewalks on grounds. They are currently remodeling all of the kitchens and they are beutiful and white. Great storage space. Conveninent laundry facilities available in building. Not recommended to families with more than one child unless they are young. Great place to live! Would recommend to anyone.
