Towne Estates is a nice peaceful place to live. But the goods end right there. The management staff is very rude on an everyday basis. The apartments are given to people whoever the staff want/like. Apparently, there is a waiting list, which I have been on 2 years. Every 6 months when I call, my name has vanished from the list.
Effectively, the parent company Franchi Management has no control over the way this place is managed, or maybe they are shoddy like the local management team. Please don't move in here, I am being honest.Even if you want to movie in, PLEASE read the lease properly, it is the most one-sided lease I have ever seen.
