I don't know what the previous people are talking about. I have lived at towne estates now for 2 yrs and it is fantastic. There has recently been a change in management in the office but the staff is great. There is one person running the office now and she is so friendly! The Maintenance staff is great and respond to maintenace requests very quickly even at night. You have to remember that when you live in an apartment building there are rules and regulations. If you don't like rules then maybe Towne Estates isn't the place for you. But I think it's great.

Nice try to increase the ratings by management! Who on earth other than management would think of writing "there are rules and regulations" and that the person running the office is "so friendly"!
