I've lived here at Towne Estates for about 5 yrs and so far so good. There has been a significant turnover in management but I think it's for the best the little blonde that used to be the manager was evil. The woman that is in there now and taken over seems very nice. Maintenance is there when needed. I finally saw security on premises night I don't know how often they are on the property. What was rough was the pool closed early on the hottest day of the year this year. I heard from a neighbor that the lifeguards had to go back to school. Oh well can't hold it against the place. Parking can be tight especially on the weekends and for visitors you are requied a pass or you get a violation. The way I look at it and agree with another posting is that apartment complexes have rules and apartment complexes are not for everyone. There MUST be some positives about living in your apartment or you wouldn't be here.
