If you live in Boston this is a great place to live. My husband and I have lived at Towne Estates for about 15 yrs and we are in a 1st floor apt. If you live in an apartment complex you are bound to hear noise regardless but there are rules that state quiet times out of common courtesy. I've seen alot of people come and go. But to say that this place has bugs, the staff is rude and that there are alot of issues is so far off base. Yes sometimes at night there are a couple of racoons at the dumpters but you have to realize it's a dumpster. I'd rather see a racoon than a rat. The grounds are kept clean, maintenance is there when you need them and Debbie in the office is very accomodating to what people needs are. You have to realize there are over 200 units & as far as I know she is the only one in the office so I'm sure she has bad days just like everyone else. She keeps this place running smooth and keeps it clean. I personally have never had a problem with her and neither have alot of the tenants on the property and from what I see, all apartments are rented. Just because you had a bad experience or a bad day think about what you are doing before you post something that is rude and can possibly hurt someones feelings. Ever hear the saying if you can't say anything nice then don't say it.

Of course, I've heard the saying, but I am entitled to my opinion. I have not had a good experience living at Town Estates and WOULD NOT recommend it to anyone. Get your facts straight...a lot of the units ARE NOT rented..that's why there are signs out there all the time. I don't wish to see a rat nor a racoon. It's not just one racoon either...there is at least five or six on any given night running around the parking lot. I don't care about hearing noise in the apartment like other tenants do. Noise does not bother me. Some of the other tenants, all they do is complain about t.v.s being up loud, radios being up loud, etc. The place does have bugs...I have seen them. Maybe Debbie was accommodating to you, but she sure wasn't accommodating to a lot of people, including myself. She has an attitude problem. The woman in the office before her was a lot nicer and way more professional. AND I DIDN'T HAVE JUST ONE BAD EXPERIENCE, I HAD MANY!!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND HAVE ANOTHER WONDERFUL 15 YEARS...I'M OFF TO A MUCH BETTER APARTMENT..WHERE THE KITCHEN ACTUALLY HAS WINDOWS AND THE A/C ISN'T COVERED UP WHEN IT IS STILL HOT OUTSIDE.
