So Noisy!!! The construction is so shoddy that you can hear full conversations above you (good luck if you have a toddler about you as I do...you'll never sleep). overpriced! Gym is almost always full. Pool closed for maintenance all the time...and when it is open you have to go out at 10AM

The one in Oregon is horrible Their is one with the same name in Milwaulie, OR that is run by idiots and moorns.
The rental agreement says you cannot run a business in your apartment and they let tenants do it. It is annoying to other tenants and creates significant more liability for the owner

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!! I made a bad decision, leased an apt and can't get out now. Beware - POOR construction, BAD management, NOISE whereever you are (close to the T station, or close to the main road). You will regret it everytime you write out a check for close to 1900

Not happy Please stay away from this place if you can. Over priced and definitely NOT worth your money. You can hear your neighbors all the time. I agree to the other reviews that walls are thin and the insulation sucks. Good luck with your heating bills!

apartment comments. THE STAFF, INCLUDING MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY PERSONEL, ARE GREAT. THE SERVICE IS MORE THAN ADEQUATE. DELIVERY SYSTEM BY POST OFFICE, UPS, AND FEDEX MAKE IT IT EASY FOR US TO GET OUR MAIL AND PACKAGES.

Not worth the money!!! You can hear your neighbors!!!! Everything from screaming children, neighbors walking above, and doors slamming. The pool is already overcrowded and they are doubling the size of the complex. Yes the staff is very friendly but the apartment is NOT worth the money.

OH MY! If you are that unhappy then why stay living there? I've been at this complex for almost a year(160 Bldg)the staff is very polite, friendly and very accomodating. I haven't seen anybody ever being lazy or anything ignorant about any of the staff. People do tend to have bad days
