Pretty Good - I've moved into Towne Estates about 4 months ago. Yes the walls can be pretty thin and you do hear some noise I think it also depends on the building you are in too. Poor Construction causes unbelievable noise If you don't mind hearing your neighbors, you shouldn't have many complaints. Be prepared for all the noise you will encounter, which surpasses what most people would consider normal. My ceiling is shaking/rattling (literally) as I type

Advice If you are thinking about renting at Oak Grove, seriously consider getting an apartment whose windows face Island Hill Ave. I live in a courtyard-facing unit and it is noisy -- not so much because of activity in the courtyard, but because the units on the opposite side are so close

So Noisy!!! The construction is so shoddy that you can hear full conversations above you (good luck if you have a toddler about you as I do...you'll never sleep). overpriced! Gym is almost always full. Pool closed for maintenance all the time...and when it is open you have to go out at 10AM

The one in Oregon is horrible Their is one with the same name in Milwaulie, OR that is run by idiots and moorns.
The rental agreement says you cannot run a business in your apartment and they let tenants do it. It is annoying to other tenants and creates significant more liability for the owner

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!! I made a bad decision, leased an apt and can't get out now. Beware - POOR construction, BAD management, NOISE whereever you are (close to the T station, or close to the main road). You will regret it everytime you write out a check for close to 1900

Not happy Please stay away from this place if you can. Over priced and definitely NOT worth your money. You can hear your neighbors all the time. I agree to the other reviews that walls are thin and the insulation sucks. Good luck with your heating bills!

apartment comments. THE STAFF, INCLUDING MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY PERSONEL, ARE GREAT. THE SERVICE IS MORE THAN ADEQUATE. DELIVERY SYSTEM BY POST OFFICE, UPS, AND FEDEX MAKE IT IT EASY FOR US TO GET OUR MAIL AND PACKAGES.
