If you have a 1 bedroom certificate they expect you to have 40,000.00 a year in income.
They want you to have a wonderful job in this poor economy. You must make three times the amount of your rent or you dont even qualify for a rental unit. Keep that in mind before you pay an aplication fee and waste your money. Take that apartment and multiply by 3....if you dont make that amount every month...dont waste the fee...you will be rejected!!!
