It wasn't exactly what I pictured from the information package that I received. Especially the fitness area.
I would have liked to have lived in a place where I wasn't constantly wondering if a circus group had previously squatted there. The carpets were pretty unbarable.
The water pressure was less than exciting, it caused me great difficulty in the mornings, when I can only assume every other person in the complex was enthuasiastically hosing themselves off.
The laundry facilities, although the machines worked well, the room itself scared me to death. But I can't complain too loudly, I did once find $15.00 stuck to the inside of the washer!
Overall, I suppose there are worse places to live, but Colonial Village will forever remain my first experience living in substandard housing.
