Renters Beware!

If the maintenance staff is not needed during your stay, you might enjoy yourself here. We have yet to have a broken window fixed (over 1 year). Furthermore, if you're a fan of unauthorized entry... this is your place! They will come into your apartment repeatedly without making any repairs or letting you know they've entered. There are much better apartments in the area with much kinder employees than Colonial Village.
