I'd have to disagree with the previous review. Perhaps it differs building to building here, but I've been pleased with my experience here. The apartments are spacious and maintained, and overall I'd recommend them, given the price. The only cons would be somewhat older appliances (though they still function well), and maintenance crews do a mediocre job of cleaning and fixing up the apartments before a new tenant moves in.
