We were decieved when renting our apartment because we were only able to see the spacious model before signing the lease. Our unit was not nearly as roomy, and had problems from the moment we moved in.
We gave in our Statement of Condition the day we moved in, and 2 months later, there were issues that still had not been resolved. We made many phone calls and visits to the main office, all during our work time, and were never given satisfactory answers.
Their maintenance is below standard- do not count on them to fix apartment problems.
The management team running the complex is also below standard- they do not follow-up to see if anything has been done, and they never gave any priority to our problems, despite being asked about the same things over and over.
The apartments are not worth the money.
They advertise tennis courts, but conveniently didn?t open the entire season we were there.Much of the exercise equipment is faulty.
