Moved into my unit in Dec. In Jan my ceiling above my 1/2 bathroom starts leaking. 1st maint guy thought it was from washer /dryer. 2 weeks later, Still leaking, 2nd maint guy figured out it was the 2nd floor toilet leaking. Altogether over 30 days of urine and feces running down my wall (mind you at $1600.00 per month).You will hear stories of the noise from 495, well they at least live in a brick building w/insulation and probably better windows. I drive an 18 wheeler and I might as well be in the truck stop or the on ramp myself.Then the Flies, 1st warm day they started coming down from the attic and have yet to stop.(In all fairness they did call exterminator but he couldnt do anything til August)(This of course was Feb)(I had to go to Home Depot for Fly catchers for the attic myself) Then the whole house settled, pulled the cove base board away from the wall (caught my wife pants 1 morn)Master bath shower stall is pulling away from wall ( Still even though the builder and the property maint people have been here for repairs.)Friday my bathtub stopped holding water I wrote a letter with my repairs Hand Delivered it Had to go back when super pulled up (Walked in while she was talkin bad about me boy this place is great)She came over on Friday asked me if they could enter to fix it I said as usual after you call me and Ive still not seen nor heard from anyone.(Sent 2nd request for repairs this morning). Please Do yourself a favor Look somewhere else. Hope to see you there when my lease is up.
Maybe they read this website cause 30min after posting they showed up.To fix the bathroom.(nothing else).At least its a start thanks Apartment Ratings
