I lived at Elm Crest (Crest Drive) for 4 years. Overall it was a decent place to live. The rents are reasonable, slightly below market rates, and they include all utilities. The complex was VERY quiet, and in the time I lived there I was never disturbed by any neighbors making excessive noise. I lived in a 2-bedroom, which was average sized. Both bedrooms have good sized closets, and there was also attic storage. The parking was ample, but cars were frequently broken into, with radios stolen, etc. The unit I had was decent, with newer appliances, but it had outdated wood paneling, and gross carpeting which should have been replaced before I moved in. Many of the basement units in the complex have flooding problems.
