We lived at Mill Falls for 2 1/2 years. If you always wanted to live on a waterfall with 14 foot ceilings this is the place for you. The height of the ceilings makes each apartment seem larger and roomier. We had the pleasure of literally living right over the river (our dining room oversat Spicket River) and all our views were great.

If you have children over the age of 2, I wouldn't reccomend this place because there are no grassy areas to play. You can take your kids to the playground across the street but they will not be able to play unsupervised. Lately they have allowed some people in to rent that don't supervise their children. Leading them to vandalize the property and one of our neighbors cars. The management has changed in the last six months for the worse. The new office manager is lazy and has allowed the children to behave recklessly because she is not a prescence. Although I don't suspect she will last long. (With the old management this was never a problem).

If you live there expect to hear some noise from your neighbors on your right or left. We only heard our neighbors above us when they vaccuumed. After school you may hear children running in the halls because they have no where else to play.

Manny, the maintence guy is amazing. He truly runs the place and will bend over backward to help you out. He comes in on days off to help out and bought us a heater when our apartment was losing heat-and the management payed our electric bill to compensate for the heater.

Overall, we enjoyed living there. But our kids needed to be kids and have a place to play.
