We've been living in a beautiful top floor apartment for a few years. The building is very nice and all units are different and unique. Management and maintenance used to be very committed and friendly, however there have been frequent changes in management recently. With this came a marked depreciation in the quality, cleanliness and respect for the building and property - trash being left out in the lobby, empty beer bottles and fast food containers strewn throughout the parking lot, cars broken into in the parking lot, laundry rooms left dirty with machines in disrepair. It is a shame since this is a beautifully restored historic mill building and a little respect from everybody would be the minimum expected from civil residents.
