I moved into Mill Falls Apartments about a year ago with the expectatins of getting my money's worth. Since the move I am faced with disgusting neighbors, embarassing grounds which contain nothing short of dirty walls, dirty carpeting, and overall not what I am paying for. Currently they have raised our rents, mine in particular is going up 150.00 for "uncertain" reasons and they have all of a sudden placed "pet restrictions" consisting of no pet being more than 25 lbs., and a pet fee of $200.00 The funny thing is that the property manager lives on sight and ownes a lab.retriand ever who easily ways about 60 pounds, so I will make it a personal point to make sure her dog is off the premises soon. The walls are paper thin so you could hear neighbors phone ringing, neighbors talking and "other" things as well. Quite frankly, I would suggest that if you are planning on renting from this place, you take your money elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation.
