Everyone I talk to hates this place!!! Management is extremely
rude and impolite. The two girls who are leasing consultants
are great but but management and maintenance are terrible!!! I had three
requests in for a maintenance issue and the maintenance guy would offer me up basic solutions like "is the switch on'". He always looked to find any excuse to avoid
coming over to look at something.

The blinds on the windows are cheap and poorly installed. My bedroom blinds fell down in the middle of the night one time and completely scared my son. I can't emphasize enough how poorly constructed this property is. People constantly speed down the hill yet the staff is more concerned with citing people for matts in the hallways than fixing the more serious problems. There is only one garbage container for the entire complex and it is always running over.

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SIGN A LEASE!!! They will promise you the world when
they talk to you to try and get you to rent there but once you are in they throw
all of their verbal promises out of the window. The place is noisy; cheaply
built; and to compound matters; is constantly targeted by the Methuen
Police. The Methuen Police come in and ticket vehicles that aren't
registered in Mass. I received a ticket on a temporary tag for a vehicle that I
was renting while my vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks. They eventually
reversed the ticket but I had to go through a hassle to get that fixed.

Summit Place is only concerned about the bottom line; their property
looks nice but quickly falls apart; the property manager maintenance man are rude, confrontational and unhelpful. PLEASE DON'T LIVE HERE!!!

I've lived here for a few years and spoke with a number of residence who feel the same as I, I love it here and whoever wrote this clearly is being evicted or has problems paying bills and is striking out. I have a view of the woods and there is not a noise problem like at Residence where I used to live. It's too bad that irresponsible people can write such slander about some of the most hard working and nicest people I know. If they find out who wrote this scandalmongering review I will be glad to support them in any legal action they wish to take against the resident who foolishly wrote this fabrication.

I agree with this place sucks and I pay my bills on time, jjust because someone complains about the place doesn't mean they dont pay there bills or are getting evicted they are ust unhappy with there service for 1250.00 a month you expect this place to be more than a glorified project, over priced and noisy, I am a very quiet person and I work allot when I come home I dont feel like listening to banging over my head, and for all these buildings there is only one pool that is always full with more guest then tenants which isnt fair,I went down on a Sat and it was like going to the public pool in lawrence horrible,and to also have kids running in the halls at 1 am screaming. I thought this would be a nice place to live because it looked quiet but I agree with how maintance is they are poor and slow in doing there job and the management should be ashamed with there work and fire and rehire. But I am stuck in this damn lease until it runs out. Live an learn, but if you go to look at this place go on at night on a weekend it is a dragway for idots that like to speed.

I totally agree with sadrenter1998. Management here is very rude. I have been leaving here for last two years....the biggest mistake i ever did was upgraded to 2BDR & renewed my lease. I have never missed a single payment and always pay well ahead of time. Last month we had planned a 2weeks vacation and since we were going to be out of town i handed over the rent payment check 1 week prior to the due date. The same check was deposited and cleared 3days later (which is still way ahead of time).....But when i returned home 2 weeks later i was suprised to receive a rent due notice hanging on my door. Emails and personal meeting with the managment were unresponsive. 14 Days later i received a Notice to quit for Non-payment. Called up my bank to confirm that Summit place had received my payment.....had to go through hassels due to human error & lack of communication on the managements side....Think twice before signing a lease here ....there are lots of other good apartment communities around....dont fall for the managments cute, smiley faces...you are yet to experience the ugly side
