Been here for nearly eight months now after previously living in the Royal Crest Estates in Nashua, NH. Royal crest estates was also a nice location with a quite atmosphere and a clean grounds. Summit Place is a respectable location, the apartments are newly constructed so it is cleaner than most complexes.

It is a bit pricey, but price tends to dictate the level of noise in complexes thus far. It attracts less college students who deem to produce unacceptable noise levels. The staffing is more than friendly individuals and maintenance has usually been responsive within a few days regarding any situations...i.e. caulking missing under some tiling in the shower that had not been finished (was starting to decay a bit there) as well as a leak in the dish washing machine which was fixed quickly as well. Having your own dryer and washing machine is a nice touch.
