I've lived at Summit Place since April 2007, and I find the complex to be very acceptable. In fact, I've lived in two separate buildings. Both apartments were/are extremely quiet. Management is friendly and responsive. Parking can be a challenge on weekday nights, but there's always a spot within reasonable walking distance to your building. My biggest complaints are: 1) inconsiderate neighbors, though you're bound to encounter this wherever you go, and 2) dog poop littering the complex. I feel like I'm the only one that picks up after their dog. The situation was getting out of hand, but management has stepped up surveillance and penalties. Overall, I enjoy living here.
