The place is ok. I have a 2 bedroom and the main bedroom is a good size, the second one is much much smaller, so if your looking to share a place, find some where else. The management and maintance guy are really nice and very helpful. For example, my maintance guy, who doesnt live on the property, came over late at night to change my door lock because I found out my ex had stolen the spare key. He didnt have to and it could have waited til morning but he was a nice guy and concerned for my safety. The rent is around or a little under whats available in the area. In 4 years of living here my rent went up $10, thats it. The bathroom is on the small side. There is no secruity deposit and I have stuffed nailed into the walls everywhere and they dont care. They come around once a year to inspect the apartments and ask you if theres anything they need to fix or improve every spring and are very good about fixing it. I had mention to our management that our old back doors were very easy to break into if someone wanted to and within six months every one of the 4 buildings had new doors. The parking lot is well lit and there is plenty parking. The apartment building across the street which has no parking usually end up parking over here too and theres still empty spots. The only thing that I really feel is bad is that the kids that live in the buildings are all over the place, they run around and have broken windows, climb in the garbage and are very very noisy especially in the summer. The lease policy states that they arent supposed to be running around the grounds and being loud but because there in no management office on site they dont see it. So you have to call and report these children and then they put out a memo and stick it on every door but honestly none of the parents here care. In my building alone there are 2 apartments that have 6 or more people living in there (keep in mind the 2 bedroom apartments are small) and the kids run wild. Its always the same kids and the management doesnt really do anything about it. Thats really my only pet peeve with the place.
