Great place to live for a couple saving up for a house. Noise at night is very minimal. From time to time I do hear my neighbors TV or footsteps but its not the the point where its annoying. Ideal location as its right across the street from the entrance to the highway and around the corner from the Loop. The maintenance dude is a nice guy, takes care of problems right away. There seems to be a certain element of Lawrence moving in slowly but so far it hasn't gotten too "ghetto" yet. Property Manager has a good control of things in that regard.

The 2 bedroom apartments are not exactly huge, but if your not a clutter rat then you'll manage. Building is kept clean, grounds are kept neat. It doesn't seem to have that typical apartment building feel and smell (In a good way). I do from time to time smell the neighbors cooking but its a good thing cuz its usually Latin food.

Parking started to be a problem because there were no restrictions but they are starting a parking sticker thing now.

PRO's: VERY cheap rent compared to the rest of the state. $885 with heat included is a good deal for a 2 bedroom in this area. You'll be hard pressed to find anything under $1000 that includes heat anymore. Minutes away from Sales Tax Free New Hampshire.

CON's: Smaller apartments. No amenities. Laundry machines are expensive.
