Nice apartments, bad construction

We all know that if we live in an apartment building, we are BOUND to hear the people around us. Whether it be above or below. Apartment is very cute, although we had problems with infestation due to the man made river we lived on. But, matenieance is VERY on point and whenever we had a problem they would come the SAME DAY. Absolutle great office staff, horrible parking situation! Awesome about plowing ASAP but a little too expensive for no utilities included!
