Mill Falls Apartment or Methuen Mills (same place) - Let me start by simply saying if you want to have a decent place to live you should run from this pace before I type another word. Not bad Well, the place is pretty nice. 1 minute drive to 495, and close to malls and shopping. The apartment itself is laid out kind of weird, but not too bad. We live on the 176 side and its actually quite nice. Maintenance is alright, office staff if very nice. noise does carry

So we moved in to a 2bd 2 bth in nov. It sounded like a nice deal. It looks nice, and its seem to be a great price. AND THEN, our utilities bills came in and they were outrageous! You pay less living in a house. It is def. not worth the proce we pay here !!!! I cant wait to move out!
