From: BarbaraC Date posted: 10/15/2004 Years at this apartment: Pre-1980 - 2004   This property is managed by Peabody Properties, Inc. whose only goal is to make money with no regard for safety and welfare of the tenants. Do not even think of living there unless you are a drug dealer or pedophile. This is a place where at least 2 people have died of drug overdoses in recent years. Drug deals frequently occur in the open areas for all to see and rusty needles have been found in the playground! A known pedophile lives in one building. Maintenance is a joke - broken smoke detectors - and faulty electrical work. It is only a matter of time before someone dies from a fire or gets shot from a drug deal done bad. You and your children will not be safe! Please stay away from this place.
