Awful

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
I lived there for 3 years and the maintainance was awful. We lived on the first floor and the neighbors garbage from the garbage disposal was coming up in our bath tub for 3 days before the maintainance came to fix it. Spaghetti in your tub is NO FUN!!!
