Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
This place is worse than jail. Been here several years and it has turned into a dump -- from garbage around the dumpster, to abandoned furniture and cars. Laundry facilities rarely work, parking is a joke and all management seems to know how to do it raise the rent.
