Manager -------- will lie to your face and tell you what you want to hear. Her word means nothing. There are scumbag drug dealers living here and management does nothing except to tell you "There is nothing we can do." If you question goings on in the neighborhood (crime,drugs,maintenance issues, etc.)she will deny even knowing about it. 95% are good people here. However, management seems to be in collusion with the drug dealers since they know there is a problem and ignore it.
When and if things change I'll be sure to post an update.

If you know who the drug dealer is then call the cops!! Managemaent cant go around and Accuse people of selling drugs, unless they want a lawsuit!!
