Do NOT move here!!! You'd be happier living under a bridge. - Crime ridden,outdoor lighting poorly lit, cars constantly being broken into during the summer,drug dealer on premises and management refuses to evict him. Clean, inexpensive, peaceful. I have lived here since July, and I'm really pleased with the place. It's pretty quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. The maintenance staff is very responsive. I can see no down side to the place so far.

I'd rather live in my car. This place is worse than jail. Been here several years and it has turned into a dump -- from garbage around the dumpster, to abandoned furniture and cars. Laundry facilities rarely work, parking is a joke and all management seems to know how to do it raise

Awful I lived there for 3 years and the maintainance was awful. We lived on the first floor and the neighbors garbage from the garbage disposal was coming up in our bath tub for 3 days before the maintainance came to fix it. Spaghetti in your tub is NO FUN!!!
