I have lived here about 3 years. It's advertised as a luxury apartment complex, but it's far from that. Office staff is not helpful, maintenance gets worse every year. I have never felt particularly safe here, although I've never been actually threatened. Lots of people who are rude, English as a second language. Lots of "pot" smell, noisy. They say only small dogs, but they'll take larger "friendly" breeds...no pit bulls or rotties.
