We have been living here for about a year and have been pleasantly suprised. We heard that the reviews were not up to par, but I already moved in and she was suprised how nice it looked. There are some bads i.e.(kids in hallways, in the road and parking lot) but besides that its really nice. Always parking except when it snows. Maintance is always on time if something happens. The office people are nice but could use some experience with paper work. The prices are reasonable. Overall good choice if you don't mind kids.
