Average place super high rent increasing every year. Tennis court was out of commision. Pool is always overcrowded. Always ended up parking in back as no assigned parking. Had a storage space I was not even told about until I was moving out.
Decor was 1960's. Most neighbors were good except the people who rented below me. Neightbors below had Parties/music many week nights until 2 am or whenever the cops were called. Pretty quiet except for downstairs neighbor. If you rent in building 5 beware!
