Several of the buildings at Pheasant Run are LOADED with bed bugs. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF RENTING HERE!!!! The only way to get rid of these things is to burn or abandon everything! Disgusting! Management is not responsive at best and dismissive at worst. Tons of section 8 ansd illegal South Americans who are noisy and likely brought the disgusting bed bugs with them. Upkeep has gone completely to hell. Constant police activity! This place is a total DUMP!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Pricey rent for ghettofabulous accomodations.

I have lived in this community since november 2006 and have never heard of any bed bug issue or any disturbances. I love what the new management company has done to the property since taking over in Novemeber 2008. Our new common areas were completely modernized with energy efficient light fixtures and a make over of the common area carpets and paint color scheme. The landscape just started this week and looks better than iut has ever!! New parking lot on its way i hear....
