This property was taken over by equity. Since it has been taken over it has been a nightmare.
They stopped the security service we had here to ensure there was not any type of crime or vandilism.
They are way over priced!
They upkeep of the grounds went to hell. It looks like a slum from harlem.
If your a day late with rent they are on you with an eviction notice.
Maintenece is terrible.
You call about a problem to have something fixed it takes a week to a year to get it done.
If our children play out side and make noise we get a letter. But there is no place for them to play.
This was a family community now it seems they want it to be an adult community only.
You can not make a sound in your apartment without getting a letter from their lawyer about noise.
WE AS RESIDENCE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WALK ON EGG SHELLS WHEN WE PAY OVER $1300.00 A MONTH IN RENT.
They if there propertiy damages you property in your unit the tell you to call your renters insures and when you do your insurance company tells you that they do not cover it because it was there property that damaged it and they should pay for it.
WHAT KIND OF PLACE HAS THIS BECOME. wITH THE NEW COMPANY THAT OWNS THIS COMPLEX JUST CARES ABOUT MONEY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. THATS WHY THE TURN OVER RATE IS SO POOR.

If the kids were inside when it got dark instead of outside to all hours of the night, there would be no issue about noise. The kids are what makes this place horrible to live at. This should become an adult community only
