I have lived in my current apartment for a little over two years and would definetly recommend it. My townhouse is very big and all my utilities are included. When I moved in I had all new cabinets and rugs in my apartment-good cabinet space. Maintenance is sometimes slow but they do their best and the guys are real friendly and will help you no matter the problem. I don't have children, so I do not have the same complaints as the people who wrote before me. I think it is nice management prevents children from playing in the parking lots-it prevents my car from getting damaged and it is unsafe for the children.
Best thing: walkin closets
Worst thing: very limited guest parking during the winter
Overall, I would recommend Rolling Green. The size of the apartments and all utilities makes up for any other "apartment living".
