I can't stand living here. The noise is absolutely out of control. No one cares about anybody but themselves and have no respect for neighbors. The basketball court is the worst I've ever seen, broken bottles, christmas trees, bushes ripped up and left, degenerate kids running wild with no supervision screaming at the top of their lungs and playing music from their cars at all hours of the night. Underage drinking going on in the basketball court, cops come, kids run, nothing gets done about it. Maintenance is terrible, only keep clean the areas out front to make it look nice. Corner areas look awful. No security. The office closes at 5:30 so there is noone around to enforce any rules and when you ask them for help, they say they don't know who it is so they can't fix it. Well of course they don't know who it is, they're long gone off the premises without a night team. Do they expect us to confront these maniacs not knowing what they're capable of. I'm certainly not getting assaulted for asking the noise level to be down. Would very much not recommend and think the entire basketball area should be destroyed and made into nothing but a parking lot.

I totally agree with your assessment of this place. It's good to know someone else is able give an honest opinion. It's unfortunate that the management company has let this place go to hell and have very little regard about the people who live here! I hope you find a much better place to call home soon!
