...have been a resident here for years and have seen it change management several times over. current management is horrible. office employees are without a doubt the most inconsiderate, irresonsible people I have ever dealt with.
The upkeep of the area is disgusting - trash scattered, the landscaping is deplorable, potholes in the streets never are replaired - grass turns brown every summer - of course the rental office is well groomed with lovely plants and well manicured lawn but the residental area is very tacky and poorly maintained. There are few residents still here who actually respect their neighbors but for the most part, it's not a safe place to live, kids are out of control, toys everywhere, and the noise level with people yelling and screaming after their kids and cars racing down the streets with stereos blasting is just too much to handle. Police "visit" this community alot with complaints.
